Experience with Austin McDaniel himself was great! He was communicative, affable, was available when I had questions and concerns. When I had issues with the texting from the main work line cutting off, he made another avenue of text available. When there was an issue with underwriting and that team went silent, he responded to my call and then kept me informed.
