Churchill is great for people like us who have a less conventional employment or home ownership situation. They made it so easy to get approved because they look at the whole person and situation, not just numbers on a page. The only negatives were slight disorganization and miscommunication among the Churchill employees we dealt with. Everything worked out great, though and we would choose them again!!
