Unfortunately our previous loan was denied by a large mortgage company. They did not want to investigate further even though we met all the requirements. We were referred to Churchill Mortgage by a friend, and even though they ran into the same discrepancies as the previous Mortgage company; went out of their way to make it work! Mary told me that their goal was to find a solution and that was comforting to us. Churchill Mortgage was every transparent throughout the entire process.

Once again, had a wonderful overall expertwith Churchill mortgage. There were several moments during the process where decision points occurred and Tim talked us through each choice explained the ramifications of each option, and answered all of our questions, so we felt we were making the best choice in the end. More than once Tim assured us that he would continue to help us achieve our goals long after the initial process was complete. Tim obviously has ‘the heart of a teacher’.
