I contacted Jim in October, not even sure we would qualify for a mortgage or be able to obtain a home in California. He walked us through each step of the process and was able to close our VA loan in 20 days. That is almost unheard of in other markets and with other organizations. He communicated with me the entire time, which for me was very helpful, I like to be on top of what is happening during the process.
