Lee went above and beyond for us. Prior to Churchill we had a lender lined up already and a preapproval letter We had multiple problems with said lender and we were going to be paying a hefty amount in closing costs and that lender gave us no explanation as to the “why”, or different loan options. We got in contact with Lee, and he went over ALL of our loan options, and spent hours on the phone answering my questions. He went above and beyond for us and got us the best rate for our new home.
