I expected the loan approval process to be a tedious and protracted affair since my wife and I didn't have a credit score. Jeff got us a letter of pre-approval inside of three days, and at every step of the way he's been quick with responses, forthcoming with details, and sent me reminders of key things I needed to make sure I had complete with enough advance that I could act on them and keep things on schedule for closing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a mortgage company.
