Chrissy was very positive and responsive. She walked us through a complicated process. She was available by text or phone in a timely manner. Her attitude was kind and supportive. We appreciated ding business with her. We used her as the point of contact with Churchill. That helped a lot.

I started working with one person that was new to the profession. He was a great person and if he did not know the answer to a question, he knew how to get the answer. Seth was over seeing his progress with my case and stepped in at the very end to get things going a little faster. Seth was very helpful and really did get things rolling towards the end. I would also have preferred to see someone from Churchill at the closing. No one from Churchill was there.

Evan was really patient explaining things (multiple times!) that I didn't understand about home loans. He and his team was always SUPER fast in getting back to us and communicating each step of the mortgage application. Even if it was just to let us know that there would be more waiting (we had a complicated loan!), but that they were still working on it. He was awesome!
