Tim went above and beyond for my wife and I. My wife and I put an offer in on a house that had been on the market less than 24 hours and had 3 other offers. The sellers chose our offer because Tim took the time to call the sellers agent on a Saturday to explain that we were already certified buyers and that we were the next best thing to a cash buyer. This was the difference in the sellers accepting our offer instead of one of the other offers they had.
