She was not only Professional through the whole process, she was there whenever we needed her or had questions and I feel that she went above and beyond our expectations. When we bought our previous house it was an awful experience and I explained to her what happened and our fears of certain things happening again so she gave us peace of mind and even double and triple checked everything for us.
