Here’s the thing: When I would call and take to the folks at CM it was great. Great conversations on the phone with great personalities. I’m not sure why but it is the overall experience that left me with a “they did an ok job. They got me a loan, thank you.” It wasn’t a chic fil a or Disney experience where I’m like, “next loan I’m definetly going here.” I’m not sure what the industry standard is and I have only bought 2 houses but CM wasn’t any better than the other one.

I began talking with Bart a year before my husband and I even started looking for a house. He was so nice and patient the entire time and explained everything as many times as needed (as we’re first time home-buyers). Bart really helped me with understanding the process and did such great work to help us get the loan and rate we needed.
