The beginning of the process was great and Roger did an incredible job explaining the process, but after we were "pre-approved" the process was pretty slow and non-inclusive. There were a lot of things that could have been streamlined, and it would have been nice to know where we were at in the process- I felt like I didnt ever know if they were waiting on me or if I should be waiting on them. But everyone was very kind throughout.
