The process, which is normally extremely complicated, was very easy. Mason and everyone on his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. If I ever had a question, they were there to answer (and more often than not addressing it before I even got to ask). Overall the experience of working with the team at Churchill Mortgage was great. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, was that I never got to meet anyone in person. Call me old school I guess.
