I got a house. That's what the end goal was, and Chris kept in contact to let me know about all the things that WOULDN'T work on my down payment (though I blame the government for those ridiculous restrictions). Chris was a very friendly, helpful resource. When there was bad news, it felt like he was upset by it too. When there was good news, he was excited for us. This was our first home-buying experience, and I'm glad we had Chris walking through it with us.
