The most stress free I've ever felt in buying a home. I appreciated the details, hand holding and availability the team had for my family. Asked every question and appreciated that they high balled the closing costs so we were prepared. The respected my home budget and did not try to get me to buy outside my means. The only thing that bothered me, was I was a little unsure who I was supposed to be emailing or asking questions to. They were great at getting it to the right person, but it would be so much easier if I knew who to send it to in the first place.
