We found e-signing and the number of emails we had to respond to a bit annoying. It seemed every single day there was yet another email to read, another 5 documents to try to e-sign, (or when our password didn't work, we had to print, sign and scan back) or another area we missed and had to go back and re-do. It was difficult to keep track of what we had and had not already read/signed. That said, all the staff we interacted with were professional, helpful, kind, courteous and efficient.
