Patrick was very helpful with all the questions we had though the whole process and definitely made it easy on our end. He was always very friendly and considerate. Kraig Was great to work with. He is able to explain everything in great detail when looking at the 15 yr vs the 20 yr. The team he works with was polite and helped make sure all documentation was in order. We have already told friends if they are interested in refinancing to call Kraig.
