Kraig was knowledgeable and sought to get us the best mortgage rate & term that fit our needs. The only aspect of our dealings with Churchill Mortgage was that we were forced to interact with so many different people via email for each detail of the process. Besides Mr. Spence, we received emails from Stacy Dreher; Ayda Nye; Sergio Mendoza; Jeannie Louk; and Jim McQuaig. It was confusing and made the whole process seem much more messy. We would've preferred to have ONE point of contact.
