Jay and his staff worked extremely hard to help us. After being a homeowner for many years, a series of unfortunate events fell upon us a few years ago. Joe was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful! Some of the other staff seemed to be or stuck in the rutt of doing things the same way for every client, so we got several repeat emails, asking for information that we had already sent, or were not connected to. It was very frustrating to have to anser the same questions/email 3 times before the mistakes made were corrected. Again, Joe was awesome!
