It took forever to get the process through and the rechecking of credit a few times and paper work was a lot. Everyone was extremely nice but have had refinance go much quicker and a lot less questions. Other than that I am happy with what we got at 4.12%. A little lower would have been nice but I guess that was the best you could do.
