Took way too long to close and a ton of ridiculous tests and repairs needed to be made before we could close on the house. Nothing Eric did personally it was just the loan requirements. Other than that Eric was great to work with and very helpful. He even went to the house himself to fix some things that needed to be repaired to make sure we could close on the house
