The people I dealt with throughout the entire process were professional, friendly and very helpful. My problem was with the amount of paperwork, forms and signatures required. Much of it seemed redundant and unnecessary. I'm sure that is more of an indictment of increased government regulations than anything Churchill Mortgage could control but it is true that I spent much less time buying my home than I did refinancing it.
