Mason gave great advice and was helpful in reviewing our finances and giving suggesting about how we should proceed. His assistant Dillon was, also, very helpful with regard to collecting data and explaining the process. Churchill kept us informed and the process was smooth. The items that took a while were the appraisal and the property survey which were both entirely out of Churchill's hands. All in all it was a pain-free experience and we are happy that we chose Churchill.
