Joseph was able to clearly let me know what my options were in regard to the length of my mortgage so I could make the right decision. The whole process was done in a timely manger. At one point, Joseph was even able to come to my work to drop off papers that I would have had difficulty in obtaining. I definitely will use Churchill Mortgage again and recommend it to others!

Even though we are in different states, it was like talking with your next door neighbor. Everyone was incredibly responsive to emails and calls, and went out of their way and used every resource available to make the whole mortgage process as painless and seamless as possible. Cannot recommend them enough!! We are now their biggest fans!

Mason was actually heading out of town and still contacted me to let me know Dillon Stallings would be taking care of me. Dillon went to the office on a SATURDAY just to email me a pre-approval letter & Pam, our processor, rushed our file so we could close. Every single question I had was discussed & answered in a way I understood what was going on!
