Appreciated how many times Katie redid the loan based on our needs. Only thing that was difficult was the last piece relating to the credit company and it was left up to me to get a hold of them after 3 days of trying. I had to reach out to Kendall and get a different phone number to call and then I was on hold for 20 minutes before I finally got a person.
