Jose was awesome and was always available to answer questions. The process just did not feel very smooth and got pretty stressful at times. We did not have immediate access to a printer or scanner because we had just relocated to this state so it was cumbersome when the portal didn’t work or everything needed to be in pdf format or the esigning didn’t work. It was nothing against Jose.
