It seemed like Amy's focus was not at all about making the transaction go through. It didn't feel like she was trying to sway us into something we did not want to do. At one point, she was even guiding us toward an opportunity that would lead us away from Churchill by seeking out a house we were interested in that had an assumable mortgage option. It really made us feel like she wanted what was best for us.
