If we had known about the pool and railing issue in advance it would have been easier to fix and deal with. While I do not hold Dylan personally responsible, I would think twice before recommending this company as this caused a delay on a tight time schedule that I had. If it weren't for the fact that I had tools and time available to mitigate the issues it would have caused a further delay. Darren went above and beyond to help me get back on track with credit after paying all my bills off (not realizing that would negatively affect my credit). His advice was spot on and I was able to recover my good credit, get pre-approved and now bought a home. He is thorough and patient explaining everything very well.
