Overall it was a simple process - there was no constant back and forth or major issues. Even though we were charged double over the application fee in the beginning and I had to remind to make sure that was adjusted in the final costs, it wasn't a huge issue that held us up or something that ruined the process either. Everything was fixed and good to go!
