We had a problem at the final inspection/ walk through and had to renegotiate with the seller the night and morning of closing. Lou and his team got everything changed and updated so fast that there wasn’t a delay with closing.

It was very fast and efficient. I’ve tried to refinance in the past and the people I were dealing with were just going by what I’ve said instead of checking and making sure I was correct. I am not the professional in that field so I was just guessing most of the time when it came to numbers and especially when it came to the value of my house.
