Michael was great. But the process & communication was not terrific. I had to hurry up and get information from others within the organization, but when it came to responses that was always reciprocated. It was more one sided.

It was easier to deal with him than some others, because he was often able to work later. It's hard to deal with companies working on eastern time, because they are usually going home when I have time to call and talk.
