Attention to detail made it great Ease for f signing permissions, etc., made it great. responsiveness made it great I have one concern for future borrowers . I received final closing information via email at 12:30pm the day before closing the next day at 11:00am. I found the email at 1:30pm and was able to get to my bank to wore funds but it didn't go out until after 3:00pm.
