First time purchasing a house and we went the no credit option due to following Dave Ramsey. We quickly learned in San Diego and what kind of property we were looking for that we had to have a large down payment or a co-sign. Going into this large of a purchase and requiring a lot to get it in today's markets. I am grateful that Jonathan was competent and knowledgeable to help us. Being able to purchase a home that we are so fond of and truly loving. I am glad we did what we did.
