Tims communications was better than I was expecting. Not only Tim his staff throughout this process was excellent. I am someone who is debt free that being said it gives me a 0 fico score. I did not need a loan however decided to get a small loan. No one would loan me any money. The bottom line Tim and his staff made it happen. Churchill mortgage is my go to company.
