We actually had greater dealings with Kevin Burrus during the entire process, and he was wonderful! Very professional and thorough! Once the loan application was in, Debbie Schmidt kept us apprised via text and email to let us know when documents needed to be signed. This was helpful. My husband is more likely to respond to texts than email, and I prefer email. Debbie was using the perfect form of communication for each of us!
