Easy process. Options clearly laid out using several calulation tools to enable me to undersatnd how things will affect my personal situation, which is unusual. Helped to make a difficult but overall best decision to go to a 15 year mortgage, commit to higher payments now, for much less overall interest and faster equity build. Once I had the documentation uploaded I barely had to think about things.
