Used them for many years until they killed my cat. (Excluding Dr. Brooks from this review he is amazing and should move to a practice that's not run by money grubbing incompetents) They were always the best but their surgeon Dr. Hoerle is an incompetent fool who shouldn't be able to practice medicine even on animals. Front staff ignores you. Doctors are indifferent. Vet techs are unprofessional. No faith in diagnosis. Lost $$ and my cat is still sick.
