I was able to take advantage of 6 of the 7 days of it with the hydro massage (you should ask your doctor before as the detox may be a little much but 10 minutes of relaxation is never enough), zumba (I liked one instructor's choice of music over the other), cycling, and hot yoga classes (a little too toasty for me), and the weight room. Even the medium range package wasn't a bad price. They were giving out smoothie samples on the last day, but they ran out before I could get one so ... read more
