RecommendedEmployees are awesome. I know today was the first day they opened but first impression was amazing. Tom took the time to give my dad, step mom, and me a personal tour. Very knowledgeable and professional. Best part is that they are literally 2 minutes away from my house.
Just had the most annoying experience with this gym after being a member for years. I tried downgrading my membership from all club to single club since I only go to this Chuze. That’s $25 a month to $9 a month. This was in August 2022 The first instance was a guy I can’t recall his name but he stopped me at the front after I checked in being very rude telling me to stop because I don’t have a membership there, when in fact I did have a membership and had been overpaying since August because I still hadn’t seen the changes... read more
RecommendedI love working out at your Rancho Cucamonga gym, its started out extremely clean, but the bathrooms are dirty. The mens sinks are filthy and have tons of grime and dirt. They haven't been properly cleaned in months. I've complained to 4 different employees and they haven't done anything about them. I complained again yesterday and all the male employee would say is okay!. okay what? are you going to have them cleaned?

chuzefitness Steer clear of this gym. As it’s well documented that I have COPD, emphysema and coronary artery disease I asked the staff for an accommodation under the ADA. I asked if I could wear a shield instead of a mask and then I would wear a mask in between machines when I was walking back-and-forth. RecommendedUpper management or corporate need to walk this gym. Treadmills out of order , elliptical machines out of order , rope ties for weights frayed and look ghetto. Green turk needs to be deep cleaned. I’ll send details

RecommendedYou guys need to improve your (proper) mask wearing enforcement. Too many people with their masks either completely down or under their nose for the entirety of their workouts and no one telling them otherwise. I have even seen an instructor not wearing her mask properly. It’s completely disrespectful and is exactly what is going to contribute to another complete shut down. (Rancho Cucamonga location)
