chuzefitness Steer clear of this gym. As it’s well documented that I have COPD, emphysema and coronary artery disease I asked the staff for an accommodation under the ADA. I asked if I could wear a shield instead of a mask and then I would wear a mask in between machines when I was walking back-and-forth. I asked the supervisor, Khristine I believe, And it was a hard no. So I contacted them via their contact form on their website and asked them that under the ADA I would like to ask for an accommodation again a hard no. In... read more
This gym is a disaster! Machines are so close together you can’t fully enjoy a workout. They also are not following limited capacity as the gym is usually packed and lack of social distancing. The had the outside and inside open which provide much more distancing and support but closed that and crowded everything back on the gym floor. Pay a little more and go to a better gym that’s following distancing and limited capacity. The is for the Chuze fitness in Rialto, CA. If you chose Chuze I recommend the Fontana space as it pr... read more
Business response:
We are sorry to hear this, S.C. We are still following our capacity restrictions, but we completely understand the apprehension with the crowds as it can certainly feel crowded at times especially during our peak hours. Thank you additionally for recognizing our brand new Fontana location. We hope to see you there again soon!
I go to that gym and is a good gym but let me tell you there sauna sucks big time it doesn’t even make u sweat anything.
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Lizbeydi. We are sorry to see this negative feedback, but will follow up with our maintenance teams to ensure the sauna is in proper working order.
Horrible company I was charged $440 on top of my membership and they said I made that payment on there website and I never even used there website and I want to cancel my membership and now they want to charge me $50 to cancel my membership. After they charged me $440 and I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back this is absurd I will not recommend this gym to anyone they are a scam. Don’t spend ur money here they will rip you off. If u are a member check your bank and make sure they are charging you the correct amount.
They need security since its 24 hrs from M-TH...They broke in to my sister in laws car
It's too freaking expensive to go to the gym there with your family I want to go and get on the treadmill next to my wife and kids I guess the best place to go for that is the YMCA
Joined when it just opened. As a senior citizen I would like to see more inclusiveness for people our age. A lot of the older members have no idea where to start or how to use the machines.. Music is too loud to be relaxing n most of the time. Two hrs of music that just thump thumps is not my idea of a de stressing workout. This Friday was more like a Rave than a gym.. Staff is okay but aside from saying hello or see next time, they're never on the floor n most of the time you have to ask them to clean the drinking fountain... read more
