I loved this gym til after COVID felt like they overpacked all the outside equipment inside and hasn't felt the same since ...... I still love the wipes they make available to clean were you worked out it's always so clean but my big issue is the annual fee they charge without a heads up . Some of us got more important life things to worry about that without a reminder, a $50 charge can hit us off guard . No call text or email was sent to pre warn of such a charge and I really disliked that because I would've been prepared ... read more

Canceled my gym membership today because although I use to like this gym it's gotten to the point where there is not a good time to work out no matter what time you go. It's literally over crowded. The parking situation is another thing. But over all I can't enjoy my work out anyways. I usually use the treadmill and even if I wanted to used any of the other machines they're always hogged up. This gym is far way better than planet fitness. Everything inside looks great and cleaner, I love the showers as well. Feels so relaxing. There is many more machines and new ones too that i haven't tried yet, but am looking forward to. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I don't regret leaving planet fitness for this. I'm happy I made this my go to gym. I always get an amazing workout here! Gym is waaaaaaay tooo packed. I did the 7 day trial . Good experience but not great. Dudes just standing next to machines on the phone!! , I went to use it , he put out his arm saying he was still using it. Bro ... Either you workout or STAY HOME , stay seated on the Lat pullDown machine. So we know you're still using it. And apparently, if you are changing in the little room in front of the shower, automatically the shower is yours. WHAT?! why they even have changing rooms when they have LOCKERS for a reason? I really like the facility if I'm being honest. It's about to be a year now since I joined ChuzeFitness and everyday is a mystery with finding yourself and great people around you. The workers are the dopest people I've met: Juan, Micheal, Jessica, Biviano, and Elmer have been a great help for me to keep my fitness journey on track. Within time I am positive I will be able to be more socialize with more of the workers at ChuzeFitness. Nevertheless, the facility is the perfect atmosphere to get to your goal!!
