When I signed up at the end of the summer I Loved this Gym, The people that work here are friendly. Sauna's are amazing, clean. One of the best Value Gyms. Ok, however, I signed up because I tried their team training classes and I thought they were some of the best I had ever done, anywhere. I even got 4 other people to sign up. It was literally Orange theory classes but not the orange theory price. Aside from the gym looking like a little kids play ground the customer service here is trash. I would rather lose my entire self esteem and become over weight than come to this gym again.

This gym is way too BASIC to have so many damn rules. No gyms bags allowed, can't use the sauna w/o your own full size towel (they don't provide them), no cell phones, no talking, no breathing allowed. So many outages rules other gyms don't have. When I told the person from the front desk that none of these rules were explained to me during the signing up process, they proceeded to say that it was explain to me like as if they were there when I signed up. That was rude and I felt extremely gas lit. I cancelled my membersh... read more

Went to check this gym out and, I definitely agree with the one review that states there are too many rules. It's ridiculous that you can't use that training room when there isn't a class going on. Some people like having a more private setting to use the equipment in group training rooms like spin class rooms and interval training rooms and it's not allowed here. Their stationary bikes are right in the middle of the room for everyone to watch you while you sprint your butt off on the bike, and it sounds like there is a rule... read more

Way too many punitive rules. I was in the sauna for 30min , when a couple entered and began dancing to music from their phone and doing push ups and sit ups right next to me . They left in 15 min and proceeded to tell the front desk that I was "sweating too much". The front desk attendant told me I had "5 min left " because someone had complained .
