Car broken into in front of the parking lot when they first opened with camera facing my car and just a week ago a hit and run on my brand new car that caused over 9000 dollars in damage again parked in the front row since I go at 5am and they would not release the footage to me. Look elsewhere unless you want your car to get damaged while your working out.
Nice gym, great equipment but a dearth of workout classes. A little diversity in class offerings would be nice. It's the sign-up that peeves me to no end. They spout that there's no initiation fee right now, so it seems like a good thing. But when you sign up with your credit or debit card, there's a $20 fee (supposedly to ensure security, which no one has been able to do so far as I know) so it seems they get their initiation fee one way or another. There's also a year's commitment which seems excessive. I did sign up... read more

Aside from the gym looking like a little kids play ground the customer service here is trash. I would rather lose my entire self esteem and become over weight than come to this gym again.

This gym is way too BASIC to have so many damn rules. No gyms bags allowed, can't use the sauna w/o your own full size towel (they don't provide them), no cell phones, no talking, no breathing allowed. So many outages rules other gyms don't have. When I told the person from the front desk that none of these rules were explained to me during the signing up process, they proceeded to say that it was explain to me like as if they were there when I signed up. Went to check this gym out and, I definitely agree with the one review that states there are too many rules. It's ridiculous that you can't use that training room when there isn't a class going on. Some people like having a more private setting to use the equipment in group training rooms like spin class rooms and interval training rooms and it's not allowed here. Their stationary bikes are right in the middle of the room for everyone to watch you while you sprint your butt off on the bike, and it sounds like there is a rule... read more
