After losing almost 100 pounds from gastric bypass surgery in 2009.. I waited until I was at a nice steady weight for 2 years... I had a consult with Dr. Gonzalez about my breasts looking and feeling like two deflated balloons.. ;) I recently found out that my left breast had developed capsular contracture.. so I am going in to have it repaired on 2/27/13. Had surgery a year ago - looks worse than before the surgery I had surgery a year ago. At the initial consultation Dr. Zavala was very friendly and kept insisting that I was looking good for my age and didn't really need the procedure. When after 3 months after the surgery there still was no improvement he said it's because there was a lot of work to be done after saying I didn't really need it, and I should just wait. He pretended not to see the lumps and bumps during each check up. Well, I went to get a second opinion, and... read more

I did a lot more yesterday and today and i had the worst nerve pains at the end of both days. Also I'm just exhausted! So to cheer myself up i tried on my old bikini top i had shared a before surgery picture of myself. Just to get excited about after healing is over ;) Also my left side seems to be dropping! Yay
