My regular vet of 11 years..(outside of cibolo because 11 years ago..they were the closest vet) was double booked the day I needed an emergency vet.. Cibolo Animal Hospital was booked as well... but squeezed her in.... not only did they administer superior vet services... they were compassionate enough to allow me to come in with my dog and avoid a trip out of town to an "emergency vet clinic" ... Dr. Brooke Knowlton and staff are part of what makes the city of Cibolo the best!!!
I just took my puppy to this vet/ hospital for the first time and was beyond pleased and impressed! Any questions I had were answered, the staff was super friendly and welcoming... They even have an adorable chalkboard where they welcome and write the names of new animals coming in, I got affordable medications with easy to understand directions and labels printed and taped to each baggy and also some sample products. She's the best. Everyone I've come in contact which has been professional sweet caring able to answer any questions that you throw at them. I would not take my dogs anywhere else
Dr. Knowlton is a very caring vet. She treats your pets like her own. She really helped my Daphnie with her flea allergies. The staff is very nice and caring too.
We went rushing into the clinic last Saturday morning with our older female Boston Terrier, without an appointment, but with what to us was true emergency. We were not patients, but Rachael received us with such a kind, calm demeanor, we immediately felt welcome. Dr Knowlton helped us to comprehend what was happening, and in our frantic state, helped us understand what the next few days of care needed to be for a positive future.
