RecommendedFound our air conditioner went out after a day in Lubbock. Our house was 90 degrees and we needed a place for our dogs to cool off and stay the night. Called at 4:30 and they found room for them and let me bring them as they closed. Every vet visit and boarding we have done with them has been great, but this goes above and beyond.
I just want to thank Dr. Wenner and staff for taking care of Taz. He is a very special puppy. He is gaining weight and just being a puppy. We also want to give a special thank you to his foster mom Christine Ridge. Thanks again for everything you do.
RecommendedThank You Cielo Grande, I had my boy Blue fall ill on me last week or so, I called around and no luck getting him in, 10 minutes till 5 I called Cielo Grande without hesitation they were getting him in for emergent care. I had constant contact with the Dr's as they walked me through X-rays, blood, work, diagnosis and financial. Although my Blue did not make it, it surely wasn't due to lack of effort, from my family to the Dr's and staff.....THANK YOU I cant say enough of the way handled Blue and our thousands of questions...... read more
