Being the lead service writer, my daily goal is to help, "save the world". In this case, this is a customer I've been helping for months. However, due to his scheduling and precious little time with his family, I haven't been able to restore his vehicle properly. Went in to get my car inspected and before I put the car in PARK , Earl , a Service manager was at my car window asking how he could help me...that was fast.. I told him i would like to get a quick auto inspection and I handed him the Insurance card & he said I will take the car and do it right now for you Sir. That was amazing service..!!!!!
