We take great care with your vehicle and offer competitive packages and pricing. Also, we can arrange towing services, provide a free estimate, provide a free loaner vehicle (depending on availability) or provide a shuttle service. We work on ALL cars and with ALL schedules. Our shop is open 7 days a week, and no appointment is necessary.

I paid to have a the Super Clean wash done on our truck on 4/1. I did not get what I paid for. This is not the 1st time I have left this car wash as an unsatisfied customer. But I figured, why not. It’s close to home. To start off, the wash was mediocre at best. I was there on Saturday, Apr. 13, 2024. I was getting ready to pay and was informed that if I used my credit card I would be charged 3.5% extra. That's outrageous, highway robbery. You already pay the CC company interest and then they want you to pay an additional 3.5%. This is lousy customer service. My husband & I have been in the frequent wash club forever and I always upgrade which is why I have to pay. Needless to say, they have lost 2 very good customers. Yesterday, I went to Cinco Auto2 at Katy because my check engine light turned on unexpectedly. As soon as I arrived Mr Amory took all my information and he asked me to wait for a final evaluation. I did not wait more than 5 minutes, and Mr. Amory with Mr Paul explained to me the issue. Mr Amory took the time to explain to me the issues and reasons for the repairs. This place is a HOT MESS. I gave them another chance after doing half of a job and never calling me to inform me my car was ready the first time I came. I returned because it’s close to my house, well today they had me waiting over an hour after telling me 30 mins was the wait time. Then told me it was ready but apparently they didn’t even start the interior cleaning. So here I am still waiting. And no accommodations
