My experience with Cindy was excellent. She was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. I was impressed that she always had answers for me and returned my phone calls constantly as I had a lot of questions with my loan. I should add very patient, I couldn't imagine doing this without her and I am grateful for her and helping me with my loan. I apologize. I highly recommend Cindy. Today’s mortgage process is complicated and difficult. A multilayered frustrating experience. Especially we found when dealing with banks. Hurry up and wait. Cindy was straight forward, polite and very helpful. There was no second guessing. She explained things clearly and provided superior service.
