Having worked with Cindy in 2015 when we purchased a property - she followed up about one year later with an email about the current refinance rates. We decided to refinance two properties at once and Cindy made it "painless". She always responded promptly to any and all questions and concerns, and she explained each part of the process as we proceeded. I will certainly work with her again if the need arises and I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
