I can't say enough wonderful things! Cindy made this whole process easier: I was able to drag and drop any documents she needed right into her secure portal - quick and easy. When it came to needing to dive deeper into a few issues, she made the requests friendly, professional and respectful. This is easily the best Mortgage experience I've ever encountered!

I worked with Cindy last year to purchase my first home. I was thankful that I had her as a trustworthy source of information to fill in the gaps of my home-buying knowledge. She was extremely prompt in her replies, and her diligence made the process run smoothly. Today, Cindy still helps me with questions that come up. I'm glad I'm in very good hands!

Having worked with Cindy in 2015 when we purchased a property - she followed up about one year later with an email about the current refinance rates. We decided to refinance two properties at once and Cindy made it "painless". She always responded promptly to any and all questions and concerns, and she explained each part of the process as we proceeded. I will certainly work with her again if the need arises and I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

Cindy was a pleasure to work with. With todays extraordinary requirements for mortgage processing to finding a professional that truly understands the process is fortunate. Cindy has tools and modern applications to make the process as efficient and convenient as possible. Application documentation and process workflow status is available on line 24 hours a day. I have purchased homes and refinanced several times and this was the best managed one so far. Would definitely use again.

First off, Cynthia was amazing from start to finish. From the day I met her from the day we closed I knew she was always looking out for me. My loan was a little more complicated and complex then most , but during the process I felt like I could always ask Cindy anything, and she always had the answers.
