I want to say it's the balance of deep competency plus genuine care for the person behind the transaction that makes Cindy so good, but that would imply some tradeoff. Cindy and her WHOLE team are maxing out the scale on both. I wouldn't just recommend Cindy and her team to my friends, I would straight up tell them they'd be making a mistake not letting her take care of them.
