They were not only timely with their response, but they also made sure that I had everything I needed to close and completely understood everything about the home buying process. I want to say it's the balance of deep competency plus genuine care for the person behind the transaction that makes Cindy so good, but that would imply some tradeoff. Cindy and her WHOLE team are maxing out the scale on both. I wouldn't just recommend Cindy and her team to my friends, I would straight up tell them they'd be making a mistake not letting her take care of them. She answered all my questions, pinged my phone when I was slow to reply to email, researched alternatives, and just called to see how I was doing. ... read more
