Through no fault of Paul Scobee, and his team, , the process was extremely long , redundant, and convoluted. Specifically, because my wife is not listed on the deed to my house, and she is no longer legally competent. the underwriters were uncomfortable

We're locked into a lender/program that was sold mid- underwriting , refinace was 90+ days as a result.
